Our community is very private and tranquil, regardless of what is happening outside the Park.
There are some 230 homes, contained within ten roads.
The Park is set up as a company, Farnborough Park Estate Limited, and is solely owned by the residents. A Board of Directors, appointed by the residents, undertakes the management of the Park – see Board section for more details.
An Annual Management & Maintenance Charge is made for each house and the current charge is listed within the Finance section of the site.
Farnborough Park Estate Limited owns the roads and verges, lighting, gates and the security system. It operates according to its Memorandum and Articles of Association, but grants rights of access to each property via a Deed of Grant, subject to the observance by each property owner of specific and enforceable covenants and the contribution towards certain maintenance costs.
Our Board of Directors and Road Representatives work very hard to maintain the environment and infrastructure of the Park, as well as its peace, tranquillity and financial stability. Please support them in their efforts to make this a unique place to live.
In order to maintain the character of the Park there are a number of rules and by-laws that all residents and visitors must adhere to. These rules relate to matters such as planning, construction and tree preservation, but also aim at ensuring that the Park remains a peaceful and safe sanctuary for all its residents.
