Farnborough Park Estate Limited is non-profit making and is run entirely by resident volunteers, who devote significant time to representing the interests of residents and helping to preserve our very special environment.
This not only means that the management costs are kept low, it also promotes an alignment of interests between the Board and the residents.
To assist the Board better to understand the feelings and requirements of residents, each road has a road representative, who can interface between board and residents.

All homeowners hold one share in Farnborough Park Estate Limited. Only shareholders may attend FPEL meetings, vote on matters concerning the Park and elect Directors. Please ensure that your share, that your solicitors should have obtained with all other purchase documents, is registered with FPEL’s accountants.
