Farnborough Park was honoured with three 5-Star Awards at the International Property 2026/27 Awards held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on the 23rd October 2026 which included winning both the Regional and UK National Award for Best Residential Estate.
The awards were:
Best Residential Renovation/Redevelopment – UNITED KINGDOM
Best Residential Renovation/Redevelopment – KENT
Best Residential Refurbishment of Farfield in Park Avenue – KENT
The awards, presented by Lord Thurso, recognise exceptional standards of estate management, presentation, maintenance and resident experience. Achieving a 5-Star rating is a significant accomplishment, placing Farnborough Park as one of the highest-performing residential estates in the country.

INTERNATIONAL AWARDS
Winning the UK National Award means that Farnborough Park now progresses to the next stage of the competition and will be considered for the International Residential Estate Award, competing on the world stage against national winners from other countries.
